This book was wroten by Julia Lleweelyn, and its about twentysomething Poppy. She became a clichy when an accidetal pregnacy presented her with a forty -nine year-old husband. But Luke Norton isn't any old husband - he's anchorman for television's "Seven Thirty News" and his ruggedly handsom face is beloved by the nation.
But life isn't coming up roses thanks to the first Mrs Norton'n (Hannah Norton) popular column "My husband, The Bimbo and Me" in which she is saying how bad was her marriage with Luke.
Everything was just beautiful on the begging, when he was spendig a lot of time with her. Now Poppy's left holding the baby, when at the same time her 'handsome' husaband is having a midlife crisis and leaving her alone.
Its time for her to fight back, and show the world exactly what she's made of.
In my opinion this book is worth reading, because it can make you laugh anad cry at the same time.

OdpowiedzUsuńSoo Peter, Hannah was Luke's first wife. Before she've meet him she was a journalist- same as him. They have meet in Iraq, where they were getting information for the companies they were working for. After, like Hannah married Luke, they had 3 children, and she was too bussy working in a house, she just left that jop. But when she divorced with Luke she found more time, and a subject to write about, so she came to her job again. Do you understand now?
